Challenge
Adventure Capital Fund (ACF) is an investment body for community enterprises that are set to transform neighbourhoods across the country. Chosen for its financial savvy and expertise, Camberwell was asked to complete a series of in-depth health checks on some of ACFs organisations focusing on their financial position and capacity.

Implementation
Drawing upon Camberwell's team of finance, governance, strategy and project management experts, we provided comprehensive analysis and audit of each of the selected enterprises evaluating each ones financial exposure and strength. The results were fed back to ACF with recommendations for both ACF and the senior management and board designed to strengthen the enterprise and for additional guidance and support.

Benefit
ACF benefits from having a solid financial analysis template against which it can assess current and future organisations it supports. Camberwell's work has provided a powerful early-warning system of potential issues and challenges the community enterprises may be facing.
