Defining your vision

You may have already started to collate information on a development project and encountered a number of barriers, stops and starts along the way. At the start of every major project, you need a feasibility study - a look at whether the project is going to work financially, socially and operationally before you commit large resources. Camberwell undertakes this work for between £15k and £50k, depending on project scale. First though, we seek to understand your organisation, its structure, capabilities and processes. We will offer an honest assessment of your vision and link it to a clear plan of action.
