The vision grows

The beauty about what Camberwell does is that once the paint has dried and the building has opened our involvement doesn’t stop there.

We offer a post completion care service to ensure your project continues to run smoothly. As well as this there is myCatalyst®, a Camberwell-designed easy-in, easy-out business network aimed at accelerating levels of enterprise in areas least likely to see budding entrepreneurs succeed. How much please?

Our offering will never be based on “take it or leave it”. We pride ourselves on delivering only the services you really need and that is the way our partnerships work. With this in mind the price will be affected by:

  • How many of the services you need to use
  • How much effort and time is needed to raise the finance and undertake pre-construction work
  • The length of time you want Camberwell to stay engaged in the project following completion of the construction work
  • The scale of the project

As a rough guide, for a £2m. build project with the finance available, using all Camberwell services and the company supporting the client for three months after opening, the cost might be £200,000 (10% of project costs), which would be wrapped up in the grant and loan package.
